  • How much does the food cost?

  • How do i know if i am eligible on my NDIS plan?

    If your self-managed NDIS plan includes Daily Activities in your Core Supports or states meal preparation and delivery, you should be able to make a claim from NDIS.

  • How does payment work?

    Self-managed plans: You make the full payment up front for your meals and delivery. Once your meals are delivered, we provide a tax receipt for 70% of the total amount paid which covers the cost of meal preparation and delivery. You provide this receipt to NDIS for your claim.

  • Can i personalize my weekly menu?

    Absolutely. You can choose from four different weekly menus with a wide range of meals. You can swap up to five items each week to suit your individual tastes and preferences.

  • Can I pick up my food from my local Jenny Craig centre?

    Currently, we can only offer an online service for our NDIS recipients. Orders placed online can only be delivered to your home, or other address, and not collected from your local centre. Our NDIS advisors can explain the process in more detail.

    Yes! Meal Box (cardboard) and firm plastic meal trays (incl. dessert tubs and ice-cream tubs) can be placed in your at-home recycling bin. All packaging types must be empty and scraped clean or rinsed.

    When your order is dispatched you will receive a text message with a tracking link. Another text message will be sent when your order has been delivered along with a photo of its location.
