    It is not possible for us to change an order once it has been placed. We can cancel your order so you can place a new one, as long as it is 48 hours...

  • Can I make any food changes/swaps to my order?

    It is not possible to make changes to the online ordered food boxes. If you wish to make a particular selection of items/meals...

  • How can I track my order?

    When your order is dispatched you will receive a text message with a tracking link. Another text message will be sent when your order has been delivered along with a photo of its location.

    If any items in your box are damaged when you receive the delivery, please take a photo of the item as soon as you are aware of the issue...

  • Can membership discounts be applied to online orders?

    Membership discounts are only valid for orders purchased from a consultant. They cannot be applied to food boxes ordered online.

  • Can I pick my order up from my local centre?

    Orders placed online can only be delivered, not collected from your local centre. Orders placed as part of our weight loss program with a consultant, can be collected from selected Jenny Craig centres. Please speak to your consultant to confirm this service is available.

  • Can I recycle the gel ice packs from my food delivery?

    Yes! The gel freezer packs are recyclable, just follow the steps below...

    Yes! The gel freezer packs are recyclable, just follow the steps below:
    1. Snip the corner from your gel pack pouch
    2. Add ½ tbs salt to the gel inside the pouch
    3. Shake to mix
    4. Pour liquid down the drain
    5. Recycle empty plastic pouch with other soft plastics (eg. plastic bread bags) at your local soft plastic recycling point at your local supermarket.

    1. Remove all contents of the cardboard box
    2. Carefully cut any tape holding the box together with a boxcutter or scissors
    3. Press the box down to flatten it
    4. Place it in your recycling bin ready for collection.

    How long you stay on the program depends on your own personal goals including how much weight you’d like to lose. We have membership options to fit your needs and will support you until you reach your goal.

    We also have the Maintenance component of our VIP Membership that is there to support you after you reach your goal weight, to help you learn the skills essential to maintaining your new healthy habits and behaviours in the long term.
