  • What if I have special dietary requirements?
  • The suitability of the Max Up Weight Loss Program will depend on your specific dietary requirements. To find out more, call us on 13 19 92 and one of our Personal Coaches will be able to walk you through our menus and advise on the options for you.
  • What is a Max Up Weight Loss Program?
  • The Jenny Craig Max Up Weight Loss Program consists of 28 individually packaged food items (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners and 7 Recharge Bars). On purchase of the Plan, you will also receive a weekly coaching session with a trained Jenny Craig Coach.
  • Can I personalize this plan?
  • Once you have completed the online quiz, you will see four weekly menus to choose from, each contains 28 menu items. If you would like to, you can swap up to five items per weekly menu. Please note additional costs may apply to some swaps.

  • What are my delivery options?
  • We offer flexible delivery options including Delivery and Click & Collect. Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout.
  • What are my payment options?
  • Payment for all online orders may be made by credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard) or by Afterpay or Zip.
