I was very unfit and in pain from medical reasons.

What was your ‘aha’ moment? The moment that made you want to begin your weight loss journey?

When I got to 87kg I had to do something about it as I was unable to walk and do my housework without being in pain.

Tell us about your experience on the Jenny Craig Program.

I am so glad I went to Jenny Craig, every one there are so nice and help you in every way so you can get you to your goal and a healthier weight lose, without going there I would have been still unfit and unwell so thank you all.

How do you feel now that you’ve lost the weight?

I feel happy with myself have more time to do things, I couldn’t do before I started Jenny Craig. I am less in pain and more fitter.
