I am a mother and wife. I had lost weight about five years ago but had put quite a bit back on over the last two years. I was not in a good place emotionally. I was struggling with work and caring for my son (who has Autism) and my husband’s job means he is away much of the year.

I was very depressed and struggling. I was three months off turning 40 and thought I had just had enough of feeling this way.

A friend had success on the Jenny Craig program and I thought the convenience of the food and accountability of weekly weigh-ins appealed to me.

From day one, I found the program so simple to follow and saw results the first week. My consultant, Erin, was very encouraging and gave me advice on what to do when I plateau. I really enjoyed the program and have recommended it to others.

I feel fantastic now! I love that I fit into a size 8 and look great. I feel light which makes training much easier. I’ve joined a competitive aerobics group and we are looking at competing later in the year. I feel confident and have a hug sense of accomplishment. I am very proud of myself.
