
Serves: 1
You will need:
- 1 small banana
- 1 Jenny Craig Chocolate Sundae
- 1/3 cup plain fat free yoghurt
- ¼ cup strawberries, chopped (save one whole one to decorate on top)
- 3 cacao beans, crushed
Method:
- Split the banana lengthways and place into a dish.
- Scoop out the Jenny Craig Chocolate Sundae and place on top of the banana.
- Dollop the yoghurt on top of the ice cream, then top with strawberries and the crushed cacao beans.
- Finish with a strawberry on top (or a cherry if in season).
